The first step is to allow our FMS professional to assess your current financial reporting capabilities, gain an understanding of your business and your goals for the enterprise. This assessment typically involves a half day meeting with the business owner and personnel responsible for financial reporting. At the end of this process, we provide a written report of our findings and a proposal for service which includes an estimate of the initial cost of establishing the key elements described above and an estimate for ongoing financial management services.
