Jennifer loves the variety and challenge that each project presents, and is especially satisfied when she can show clients there is a better, easier way to accomplish their optimization goals. For Jennifer, a job well done is enabling clients to reclaim some precious time on accomplishing their day-to-day tasks. Jennifer is a life-long travel addict, but for her the destination is not as important as the journey itself; Jennifer relishes meeting new people and seeing new things.
Andrew Maldonado is the governance practice leader and a Concur project manager. He works with clients to develop compliance frameworks, process documentation, policy documentation, training, monitoring activities, and management reporting. Andrew enjoys meeting new people and learning about their company, role, and unique challenges, and then determining how Lyndon Group can best help them. When Andrew is not meeting with clients, he is an active volunteer in his community, serving on multiple boards of organizations promoting education, health, and community outreach.
Michael Naughton is a Concur project manager who specializes in the professional sports industry, assisting clients in implementing Concur Travel and Expense products. He made the transition to Lyndon Group from the client-side, and he strives to help Lyndon Group’s clients in the same way Lyndon Group helped him when he was a client. Michael cannot live without his collection of Bruce Springsteen music; he can always find a song or two to help him through whatever situation he may be in.
Jen Steiger is a senior Concur project manager who can usually be found helping clients with their audit rules and import/extract procedures, or chatting with them about best practices. Jen loves the challenge of translating business requirements into tech-speak (and vice-versa), and coming up with out-of-the-box solutions. With her extensive background in expense configuration, coupled with her passion for excellent customer service, Jen has proven her value time and again with colleagues and clients alike. Jen has never met a card or board game she didn’t like, with Euchre at the very top of the list. Her opponents better be sure to know their bowers if they ever find themselves playing against her.
Pamela Taylor is a Concur project manager, assisting clients with their Concur Travel implementations, reviewing Travel and Expense policies, and negotiating agreements with travel management companies. She enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge in the travel industry with clients to help them develop travel programs that work for their company culture. Pamela brings a wealth of tactical travel project management experience to Lyndon Group, as well as a big-picture approach. Pamela loves sports of all kinds, and prides herself on having a deep technical knowledge of most major league game rules.
