PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 dependent on experience.  

Our Program Specialists are the crème de la crème when it comes to customer support. Not only do they execute outsourced back-office duties with finesse, but also provide technical and administrative support for SAP Concur Travel, Expense and Invoice systems - making sure our clients reach their operational objectives without any hassle. To be successful in this role you will need to wear many hats: from managing multiple simultaneous spend management applications across different industries, company sizes & regions; all while being an excellent communicator who can clearly convey conclusions AND bring the confidence needed to meet people at every level of organization.

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer support role

  • This position requires a relationship builder with excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills.

  • The successful candidate should demonstrate passion for customer success, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.

  • They must be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience with back-office operations is preferred along with basic accounting skills, invoice coding, AP processes and account reconciliation. 

  • Knowledge of corporate card programs and statement report reconciliation is also beneficial for this role along with expense report/invoice auditing & processing abilities.
