This partnership aims to deliver a smarter, more seamless traveler experience powered by AI, automation, and tighter connections between booking, payment, and expense systems.

But the big question remains: what happens next for other TMCs and Concur partners? Will this reshape agency integrations or redefine who leads future innovation?
