Prior to joining Lyndon Group, Dereck spent more than a decade leading global expense management for a large enterprise organization. As Global Director of Expense Management, he led an international team and was responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a framework to manage spend and mitigate risk while meeting complex global statutory and compliance requirements.
Dereck’s background also includes banking and extensive experience with controls, compliance, and data protection. This combination of security and real-world expense management experience gives him a distinctive perspective on how organizations can protect information and manage risk without losing sight of operational realities.
